Where Is Your Data Stored?
We do not store any PHI data, such as social insurance numbers, health insurance numbers, or credit card numbers. When paying MVT+ bills, your credit or bank card data will be temporarily present on Stripe’s secure site but at no time in our environment. As it is often required to have access to it while you are clients with MVT+, critical personal and professional data are stored in our online appointment platform (GOrendezvous) which complies with PIPEDA (Canada), LPRPSP (Québec), PHIPA (Ontario), and Law 25 (Québec).
Other data of our clients are stored by MVT+ with a reliable source, Google Workspace. Google Workspace keeps data on encrypted servers in Google’s data warehouses. How Long Is Your Data Retained?
As we like to keep our clients for a very long time, the data is retained indefinitely. This allows us to offer support quickly when requests are made by our clients. However, this data is stored in our secure solutions.
For users who register on our site, we also store the personal data indicated in their profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time. The site managers can also see and modify this information.
